Processing Time
Each piece is created with care once your order is placed.
- Apparel & Made-to-Order Items: 2–5 business days
- Handmade Items (Notebooks, Magnets, etc.): 3–7 business days
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages.
This happens when items are fulfilled from different locations (for example, apparel and handmade pieces).
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — details will be shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are unable to reroute the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out.
We’ll do our best to assist and help locate your package.
Marked as Delivered
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Contact your local carrier
