Returns & Exchanges
At IntriKate Studio, each piece is made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We want you to love what you receive — and we’ll do our best to make it right if something isn’t as it should be.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Sizing & Order Accuracy
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Because items are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color choice
- Change of mind
