Submission Terms

By submitting artwork or designs to IntriKate Studio, you confirm that:

• the submitted work is original and created by you and/or you own the rights to the artwork

• the design does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights

• you grant IntriKate Studio permission to display, market, and sell products featuring your design if selected 

• you understand that selected designs are not eligible for royalties or profit sharing
